Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll-related matters
Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR policies
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
