Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implement HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and internal communication
Support performance appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Prepare HR MIS reports and assist with audits
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities
