The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate with Client HR Teams, employees, and external partners to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
HR Process Management: Oversee and optimize end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HRIS administration.
Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.
Collaborate with HR teams (Client) and external associates to facilitate smooth transitions during promotions, termination, resignation, transfers, and other employee movements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
HRIS Administration:
Serve as the primary administrator for the HR Information System (HRIS).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS.
Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Benefits Administration:
Employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR processes align with compliance requirements.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Collaborate with HR (Client) to resolve employee relations issues.
Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Excel / Reports : Excel is required.
Good Communication Skills : Written and Verbal both.
Open to travel
