Responsibilities: Onboarding, Offboarding, Data Management & Inquiry: This role is responsible to organize and facilitate our on-boarding processes for new employees and hiring managers. This is to be achieved by providing an exceptional positive experience to both new employee as well as the hiring managers from the time a job offer is accepted to the time a new employee report in to work on start date by driving a world class on-boarding experience. Engage and support hiring managers to on-board new employees Run day-to-day Data transactions from the time employee comes into the organization till exits the organization. (Every life cycle event change) in the HR HCM system (workday) with high accuracy and efficiency. Updating every data which adheres to the set of data audits & compliance in place. Attending to HR inquiries & resolving them, which is received from employees, stakeholders, managers with desired results. Delivering on-time Offboarding formalities with positive employee experience, completes offboarding formalities including documents readiness, transactions approval in Workday, communication with vendors and other stakeholders. Review and analyze termination data to identify gaps in meeting 100% timely termination, and able to articulate and drive solutions to improve the performance metrics. What We\'re Looking For: Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Master\'s in Human Resources 3-4 years of experience in HR/HR Ops/HR Shared Services Masters the use of ServiceNow and Workday as tools to effectively deliver HR Services Operations -related activities Open working UK /US shifts on rotational basis Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Stakeholder Management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter and fast learner with minimal direction Good knowledge on Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word Ability to drive key project initiative and work cross functional partnering with other functions throughout the organization namely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS, HR Partners, Finance among others.
