You will be working as HR Operation Delivery Manager - Compensation & Performance at global grade 11 will be reporting to Global HR Service Line Lead, C&B and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for managing HR Operations in a respective Hub and takes full accountability for the end-to-end operations, delivering high quality services against agreed performance targets. He/she ensures a high degree of customer experience and drives its further enhancement. As part of the HR Operations organization, the HR Operations Manager supports the execution of the Global / Regional Roadmap and deliverables as well as further optimization of HR processes in close collaboration with the Global HR Service LinesYour responsibilities Contributing to develop the HR Operations strategy and roadmap and is committed to implement the same Planning the development of the operations, further refines the operating model and organizational structure Delivering services according to signed- off processes, KPI and quality targets Ensuring all HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal / regulatory compliance tasks Ensuring a high degree of customer orientation and driving the enhancement of the Customer Experience Journey, analyzes received customer feedback and drives actions accordingly Driving people management strategy of HR Operations for a Hub (e.g., workforce planning, training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, incentives, and retention) Working closely with HR Service Line Leads, Expert Services/Corporate and other HR service delivery teams to implement lean approaches to deliver efficiencies through process improvements, standardization and/or automation Supporting financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost management Your background Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fields Overall 10+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services environment for a global company Experience in managing the Compensation and Benefits programs Understanding of Workday core compensation and advanced compensation module would be an advantage Detail and solution-oriented approach with the ability to think innovatively Ability to build relationships and work effectively across various teams, geographies & cultures as well as independently More about us ABB\'s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers.
