Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel information with accuracy. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

HR MIS reports

(attendance, attrition, headcount, leave, recruitment status, etc.). Handle data extraction, analysis, and ensure data integrity across HR systems. Coordinate with HR teams for data collection and validation across payroll, attendance, and recruitment modules. Manage and monitor

HRIS/HRMS systems

, ensuring smooth functioning and timely updates. Assist in preparing dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review. Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data. Identify gaps in data, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution. Generate ad-hoc reports as required by HR and management. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow data security protocols.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,959.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
