Developing salary structures Managing payroll, incentives, and benefits Ensuring fair and competitive compensation
6. Legal Compliance

Ensuring company policies follow labor laws Maintaining employee records Handling disciplinary actions correctly
7. Policy Development

Creating and updating HR policies and procedures Communicating policies clearly to employees
8. Health, Safety & Well-Being
