We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR Manager for a reputed manufacturing company at the Mumbai location.
Job Responsibility:
- Attendance Management
- Handling the End-to-End Recruitment Cycle
- Handling portals (LinkedIn, Naukri)
- Payroll Management
- HR MIS Management
- All Factories Compliance
- Leave Management
- Onboarding, offer letters, exit interviews, and Grievance handling
- Compliances
- Maintaining Recruitment Data
- Employee lifecycle management
- Should have experience in HR Recruitment
- Preferrable from Manufacturing Industry
- Ready to Visit plant as and when required
- Knowledge and Idea about all HR Compliances
- Should have excellent written and spoken English.
