Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.

Proactively search for potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future needs.

Screening & Shortlisting:

Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.

Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls

Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and status updates.

Onboarding Assistance:

Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Database Management:

Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities were logged and tracked.

Relationship Management:

Foster relationships with past applicants for potential future opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other potential sources of candidates.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with trends in recruiting, introducing new tools and practices when beneficial.

Attend training and seminars to further develop recruitment skills and knowledge.

Employee Engagement:

Handle all ELC (Employee Life Cycle).

Employee development: creating and implementing employee training programs and career development plans

Employee relations: addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts

HR Operations:

Compliance: ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations

Policy development and administration: creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedure

Diversity and inclusion: promoting and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture

Other HR-related tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.

Familiarity with HRMS, HR Software and HR databases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
