Job Description

? Handling HR team and Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).

? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

? Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

? Manage the recruitment and selection process

? work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

? Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

? Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

? To facilitate as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances

? Nurture a positive working environment

? Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

? Maintain pay plan and benefits program

? Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

? Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

? Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

? Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

? Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
