We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and strong people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and onboarding process
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Supporting payroll, attendance, and leave management
Handling employee relations and grievance issues
Implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinating performance appraisal processes
Supporting compliance with labor laws
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employees professionally
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Candidate:
Both Male & Female
Immediate or short notice period preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
