Roles & Responsibilities - HR Operations & PayrollHR Operations



Manage employee lifecycle processes - onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases (HRMS). Monitor attendance, leave applications, and shift schedules. Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance with statutory regulations. Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR-related support. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in recruitment coordination - interview scheduling, offer release, and joining formalities.

Payroll



Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Collect, verify, and validate inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements). Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Generate and distribute payslips, tax statements, and payroll-related letters. Handle full & final settlements for resigned employees. Liaise with finance/accounts team for payroll disbursements. Prepare payroll MIS reports and ensure data accuracy for audits. Keep updated with labor laws and statutory changes affecting payroll.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
