Job Description

Prefered - MBA Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Gusto+3HRBlade+3Workforce.com+3. 5+ years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial HR role

Oversee recruitment, selection & onboarding:

craft job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth new-hire integration .

Manage employee relations:

address grievances, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and offer guidance to managers Zimyo HRMS+13HRBlade+13Wikipedia+13.

Lead performance management:

implement appraisal systems, coach managers, and support performance improvement plans .

Administer compensation & benefits:

oversee payroll, manage benefit plans, and ensure competitiveness within legal frameworks EasyHR+1Workforce.com+1.

Ensure compliance:

maintain HR policies, inform on labor laws/regulations, and ensure audits and records are up to date Workello+11Workforce.com+11Wikipedia+11

Utilize HR analytics:

track HR metrics--turnover, time-to-fill, engagement--to inform leadership and continuous improvement LinkedIn Business Solutions+2EasyHR+2Recruiting Resources+2.

Lead HR team:

mentor HR staff, manage budgets, and contribute to organizational design and change initiatives iSmartRecruit
