Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, background checks, and orienting new hires.

Compensation & Benefits:

Managing payroll, administering health insurance, retirement plans, and ensuring fair pay.

Employee Relations:

Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive culture.

Performance Management:

Designing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting career development.

Training & Development:

Identifying needs, creating programs, and facilitating skill development.

Legal Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining records, and managing safety regulations.

HR Strategy:

Developing initiatives that support overall business objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
