The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the group companies. This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on fostering an efficient and legally compliant work environment.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations within the chemical industry.
• Support current and future business needs through the development of employee skills and engagement.
• Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Organise training sessions and workshops for employee development.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data reporting.

A successful HR Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources BBA/MBA
• 8 Years of Experience
• Experience in the industrial or chemical manufacturing sector is preferred.
