Core Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Management & Acquisition

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a superior candidate experience. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast organizational hiring needs and align talent pipelines with future business objectives. Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.
HR Leadership & Operational Excellence

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop the existing HR team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

Manpower Planning & Strategy:

Conduct strategic workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization is optimally staffed to meet present and future demands.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, update, and rigorously enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure strict adherence to labor laws and reflect company values.

Business Partnership:

Participate actively in regular business reviews, presenting key HR insights, metrics, and strategic recommendations to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Employee Relations:

Oversee performance management cycles, manage complex employee relations issues, and support organizational learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification a plus). 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role. Proven dual expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and executing comprehensive HR generalist duties.
