Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining).
Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
HR Operations & Administration:
Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Manage HRMS systems and maintain up-to-date employee data.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Build strong employee relations and act as a bridge between management and staff.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and performance recognition.
Performance Management:
Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Assist in setting KRAs and evaluating employee performance.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with company standards.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Proven
job stability
and long-term commitment in previous roles.
