to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, and training initiatives to ensure a productive and positive workplace culture that supports organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Plan and execute the recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
Manage new employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a healthy work culture through open communication and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Organize events, recognition programs, and team-building sessions.
3. Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
Assist in setting KPIs/KRAs with department heads.
Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
5. Payroll & Attendance Management
Supervise attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement.
6. Strategic HR & Administration
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Monitor retention rates and implement employee retention strategies.
Contribute to company strategy from an HR perspective.
