Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments
Lead campus recruitment initiatives and build strong academic partnerships
Develop sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships
HR Policies & Compliance
Design, update, and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and HR records
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance
Manage salary structures, benefits, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.)
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement programs
Conduct feedback sessions, surveys, and retention strategies
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-8 years of HR experience with proven stability (minimum 3 years per company)
Strong expertise in recruitment, campus hiring, HR policies, compliance, payroll, and engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
