Minimum Experience: Min 4 years as an HR and min 1 year as HR Manager or 2 years
as an Asst HR Manager preferable in Retail Industry, handling a team of at least 80 employees JOB DESCRIPTION: A. Change Management (1) Make the employees ready to accept new changes (admin/ technical) in the organization (2) Constantly make efforts to improvise the organizational & individual performance of the employees by conducting training, seminars, and other motivational activities on timely basis. B. Recruitment and Induction (1) Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization (2) Conducting the entire recruitment and selection process (3) Completing pre-recruitment formalities like shortlisting the employees, collection of the employees\xe2\x80\x99 resumes & documents (4) Completing post-recruitment formalities Offer Letter Distribution, get the bond signed from the employee (if applicable), Address verification, etc (5) For recruitment of Managers and Heads, must conduct the Primary Rounds and arrange the Final Round of Interviews with M.D. (6) Update new employees\xe2\x80\x99 details in HR Software. C. HR Policies and Systems (1) Ensure all the employees of the organization are working as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of their respective departments (2) Any employee violating the system, must be fined/ issued a warning slip/ terminated (depending on the severity of the misconduct) (3) Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. (4) Reviewing the HR Policies and Procedures on a timely basis. (5) Dealing with staff disputes, taking appropriate action (if any employee guilty), firing employees, and implementing disciplinary procedures (6) Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems. (7) Forming & Implementing, any new HR Policy only after discussion and permission of MD D. Performance Management Systems (1) Providing guidance to staff on performance management, parameters of performance evaluation, including conducting periodical trainings to make them understand the process; (2) Managing the performance appraisal cycle, including half yearly review and final appraisal and ratings (3) Ensure that the entire performance appraisal is done genuinely, without any partiality. E. HR Admin: (1) Reviewing staff salaries and incentives (2) Maintain ESI and PF Details of each and every employee and update it on timely basis (3) Salaries to be done only after reviewing the employee\xe2\x80\x99s attendance and sales (4) Managing salary, training, and staff welfare budgets; (5) Coordinating with the MD during annual appraisal, for planning and implementing salary increments & grades (6) Maintain \xe2\x80\x9cEMPLOYEE RECORD\xe2\x80\x9d and make monthly reports concerning personnel- related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. (7) Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination & counsel the employee to continue (if the Employee Performance is good) F. Training: (1) Setting up and conducting \xe2\x80\x9cTraining Need Analysis\xe2\x80\x9d (2) Preparing quarterly training plan and training calendar (3) Arranging special training workshops for Managers and Heads G. Staff Welfare Activities: 1) Tie-Ups with various organizations for Staff Welfare 2) Establish & Update tie-ups by meeting concerned person 3) Every Month conduct following activities: a. Appreciate 03 employees at each store, every month b. Check Weekly off of employees at each store & make necessary changes c. Prepare a list of new recruitments and send it to concerned departments Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9350,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
