Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience and an MBA in HR (or equivalent qualification) to lead our HR operations. This role reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) and plays a crucial role in supporting our expanding workforce.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Recruitment, Vendor Management, Payroll Management, Compliance, and must have hands-on experience with HRONE software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors, agencies, and service providers
• Oversee payroll management to ensure timely, accurate processing and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation using HRONE software
• Generate HR reports, analytics, and insights to support business decisions
• Address employee relations issues, promote a positive workplace culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and vendor management
• Mandatory experience using HRONE software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Team & Reporting:

• Reports directly to the Managing Director (MD)
• Supports a current team of 65+ employees
