As part of a growing restaurant chain, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management across multiple locations.
He / She will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organisation's vision, mission, business objectives and values to improve the functioning of the HR Department.
The responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants by attracting, developing, and retaining talented workforce. In this regard, he / she will oversee the recruitment, scheduling, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits of our staff. He / she will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment and culture that promotes employee engagement, internal development, retention, and satisfaction.
