Handle Recruitment & Selection Process. Prepare and process monthly payroll, incentives, commissions, and deductions. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain employee files and HR MIS reports. Identify training needs for sales, service, and support staff. Timely Performance Management & Increment. Handle Employee Incentive Program Legal Formalities related to Employees Handle Joining and Handover formalities

Requirement:



Qualification : MBA-HR / PGDM-HR / MPM

Experience : 2-8 Years

Other Requirement:



Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)

Computer Knowledge (MS Office & E-mailing)

Problem Solving Skills

Good Presentation Skills
