Job Description

Managing the entire process of attracting, screening, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Strategic HR Planning

:Developing and implementing strategic HR plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Employee Relations

:Building positive relationships, resolving conflicts through mediation, and acting as a link between employees and management.

Performance Management

:Overseeing performance appraisal systems and providing coaching and training to staff.

Compensation & Benefits

:Administering and managing compensation structures and employee benefits programs.

Training & Development

:Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and development.

Policy Development & Compliance

:Creating, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Conflict Resolution

:Mediating workplace disputes and handling investigations and disciplinary actions.

Organizational Development

:Contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the organization through HR initiatives.

Requirement:



Qualification : MBA-HR / PGDM-HR / MPM

Experience : 3-4 Years

Other Requirement:



Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)

Computer Knowledge (MS Office & E-mailing)

Problem Solving Skills

Good Presentation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
