Responsibilities:
?Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
?Maintain a smooth and efficient on-boarding and off-boarding process.
?Provide training, counselling, and coaching to staff.
?Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
?Handle necessary administrative duties.
?Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee benefits reviews.
?Develop clear HR policies and ensure organisation-wide policy awareness.
?Deliver engaging and informative presentations.
?Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, including POSH and ISO standards. ?Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. ?Maintain employee confidentiality and workplace privacy.
?Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance management.
?Manage leave and attendance systems effectively.
?Maintain and update employee databases through ERP systems.
Requirements:
?Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management or a related field.
?Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
?Strong ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
?Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. ?Strong understanding of workplace privacy norms. ?
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
?Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
