Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, payroll, exits, etc.

Ensure 100% statutory and legal compliance with HR and labor laws.

Lead and optimize recruitment cycles for technical and non-technical roles.

Manage employee lifecycle, grievance handling, and performance management.

Implement HR policies, audits, and best practices aligned with business goals.

Act as a strategic HR partner to support leadership and team development.

Maintain and update HRMS tools, employee records, and reports.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager in the IT sector.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, compliance and IT hiring trends.



Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

The preferred candidate location is Andheri if the candidate prioritizes a lively,
