The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions in alignment with the organization's goals in the hospitality sector. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training & development, payroll coordination, and maintaining a positive work culture to ensure smooth restaurant/hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions (front of house, back of house, kitchen, operations, corporate).
Build a talent pipeline and ensure staffing levels meet business requirements.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive and motivating work culture to reduce attrition.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
3. Training & Development:
Identify training needs across departments and coordinate skill-development programs.
Ensure regular training for service standards, compliance, and soft skills.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
4. Performance Management:
Implement appraisal systems aligned with KPIs in hospitality operations.
Guide managers in conducting performance reviews and career development plans.
Support succession planning for key positions.
5. Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, minimum wages, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain updated employee records and statutory registers.
6. Payroll & Administration:
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance.
Manage employee benefits, insurance, and welfare schemes.
Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and relieving letters.
7. Strategic HR Planning:
Partner with management to align HR practices with business growth.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Support expansion/restructuring with appropriate manpower planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
5-7 years of HR experience, preferably 3+ years in the
hospitality industry (restaurants/hotels)
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
