Job Description

We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to lead and enhance the human resources functions within our organisation. This role requires strong experience working within shared services environments, managing centralised support functions, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity across HR, payroll, administration, employee services and compliance.

• Lead shared services, payroll, onboarding, exits, audits, and documentation.
• Standardise and streamline HR operations and backend processes.
• Ensure policy alignment, statutory adherence, and accurate HR documentation.
• Oversee compliance with labour laws and manage statutory filings and audits.
• Govern payroll accuracy, benefits, settlements, and risk controls.
• Manage daily business operations across admin, facilities, and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment governance, manpower planning, and performance processes.
• Drive internal controls, audits, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting.

A successful HR Manager should have:

• 10+ years of HR and Operations leadership experience in India
• Strong knowledge of statutory labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
• Proven experience leading multi-location teams
• Demonstrated success in strengthening HR governance, payroll controls, and statutory compliance
• Experience managing business operations, administration, logistics, or facilities is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
• Ability to interpret policies, compensation structures, benefits, and company handbooks with accuracy
