About Our Client
Our client is one of Asia's leading distributed energy company providing low-carbon energy solutions to Industrial and Commercial customers.
Head the HR Function while reporting to the CEO and work with global stakeholder from the parent company
Support the organisation achieve the next phase of growth
Design and deploy a strong talent and performance framework
Work aggressively on the talent nurturing agenda
Introduce new best practices from a policy and process standpoint
Act as a strategic HR advisor to the entire leadership team
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must:
Come with 6-10 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR
Come with prior exposure in a Global MNC
Have exposure in working closely with the business leaders in a strategic capacity
Prior experience in skill development initiatives and other talent management is a plus
Have a full time MBA
