Job Description

Identifying manpower requirements through proper planning, Offer generation & Completing Online formalities of the candidates.

Bank account updation , maintaining trackers. data base management.

To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updation & organizational changes. Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC. Preparing monthly attendance file, Exit reports.

Conduct New joiners induction programs, conduct employee engagement activities (Fun @ work), attrition & retention to be managed. Grievance handling, conducting IJP. To ensure 100% salary coverage to all the staffs across center .

Create forums and facilitate interactions between the staff & the management on a regular basis - Skip Level Meeting

Processing of employee confirmation based on satisfactory report from the supervisors and processing of probation extensions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
