Conduct New joiners induction programs, conduct employee engagement activities (Fun @ work), attrition & retention to be managed. Grievance handling, conducting IJP. To ensure 100% salary coverage to all the staffs across center .
Create forums and facilitate interactions between the staff & the management on a regular basis - Skip Level Meeting
Processing of employee confirmation based on satisfactory report from the supervisors and processing of probation extensions.
