Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations Drive performance appraisal and feedback processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations Plan and execute employee engagement activities Support management with HR reports and analytics Coordinate training and development programs

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Leadership and team management skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Preferred Experience



Experience in education, training, or corporate sector Exposure to bulk hiring and walk-in interview processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
