Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection. Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees. Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely hiring as per department requirements.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment. Support and implement employee engagement initiatives. Ensure proper disciplinary procedures and documentation when needed.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files. Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling. Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department.

4. Performance Management



Implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA based). Guide managers in setting performance goals and reviewing employee progress. Support workforce development and succession planning.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs through skill gap analysis. Organize internal and external training programs. Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.

6. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, etc.). Handle audits, HR policies, and contract workforce documentation. Maintain workplace safety and support hospital accreditation processes (if applicable).

7. Policy Development & Implementation



Develop, revise, and enforce HR policies and SOPs. Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.

Skills & Competencies



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Decision-making and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Leadership and team management skills

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA Preferred) Minimum

4-7 years

of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
