Job Description

HR Manager

1) Understanding all the HR Processes, policies and SOPs which must be implemented at the workplace and review it as per defined time frame.

2) To do manage the Payroll, recruitment process and prepare JD, KPI, KRA and Induction Plans.

3) To co-ordinate with the HOD's of all Department and solve all the employee related issues, whenever required.

Experience - More than 10 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
