Job Description

1. Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and

onboarding processes to ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates.

2. Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs) across the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.

3. Maintain daily attendance records, manually checking attendance registers, entering data into

Excel sheets, and managing labour attendance

4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, addressing issues related

to PF, PT, Factory Act, Labour Welfare Fund.

5. Conduct joining formalities, prepare employee files, collect all necessary documents, and

provide employees with safety items, stationary, ID cards, etc.

6. Maintain an employee grievances register and resolve issues within the stipulated time frame.

7. Monitor timekeeping and process payroll on time, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

8. Manage a performance appraisal system based on s (JDs), Key Result Areas

(KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

9. Handle HR Management Information System (MIS) and software systems, gradually

developing them to meet organizational needs.

10. Develop training and performance management programs to ensure employees are familiar

with their job responsibilities and relevant legal and safety requirements.

11. Maintain an annual training calendar covering fire safety, first aid, soft skills, equipment

handling, motivation, engagement activities, etc.

12. Issue warning letters and take disciplinary actions when necessary, following established

protocols and procedures.

13. Coordinate with Mediclaim agencies for enrolments, documentation, claims processing,

hospital visits, etc.

14. Respond to government queries related to labour laws and compliances, and visit government

offices as required.

15. Handle full and final formalities for every exiting employee, ensuring smooth transition and

compliance.

16. Process Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance (TADA) reimbursements for eligible

employees

17. Oversee and monitor transport/cab service activities to ensure efficiency and safety

18. Conduct plant rounds every evening and morning, checking housekeeping checklists and

posting pictures on WhatsApp groups to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
