Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Manage employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling
Oversee performance management systems and appraisal cycles
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Manage training & development initiatives and learning programs
Drive organizational culture, ethics, and employee satisfaction

Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance
