Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Manage employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns.
Promote company values and foster strong team engagement.
Resolve conflicts and implement employee satisfaction programs.
4. Performance Management
Manage appraisal cycles and performance review frameworks.
Support managers with goal-setting, coaching, and feedback.
Identify high-potential employees and succession planning needs.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain and update HR policies according to labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, payroll laws, etc.).
Maintain employee documentation and HRIS accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits
Assist with payroll coordination and salary reviews.
Benchmark compensation structures and recommend improvements.
Administer employee benefit programs.
