Job Responsibility

Employee Onboarding & Training



Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires. Coordinate training programs for operational, safety, and compliance-related roles. Support development of career progression plans.

Performance Management



Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Advise managers on performance improvement strategies. Ensure alignment of KPIs with organizational goals.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Legal



Ensure compliance with local labour laws, safety regulations, and internal HR policies. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. Manage HR audits and risk assessments.

HR Operations



Oversee HR systems and payroll coordination with finance. Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions. Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management.

Skills Required



Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
