Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Manage HR audits and risk assessments.
HR Operations
Oversee HR systems and payroll coordination with finance.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management.
Skills Required
