Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection
Build strong relationships with recruitment partners and networks
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
Handle disciplinary actions and ensure policy adherence
Maintain compliance with labor laws and POSH regulations
Training & Development
Design and implement training programs to upskill employees
Identify skill gaps and support continuous learning
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys
Address employee queries related to pay and benefits
Performance Management & Engagement
Oversee performance appraisal processes
Guide managers on development plans and performance improvement
Organize employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
