Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with labor laws.
Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and timely hiring across departments.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, attendance, leave records).
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation accurately.
Support management with HR strategies to improve productivity and retention.
