Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labor laws.
Handle manpower planning, staffing needs, and workforce budgeting.
Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure attendance, leave management, and staff records are accurately maintained.
Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and staff development programs.
Monitor statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, labor licenses, and audits.
Promote a positive work culture, discipline, and grooming standards across outlets.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices at all times.
