Manage team building, employee relationship & staff welfare activities like monthly birthday celebrations, organising other festivals, events etc. for team
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling any grievances or queries and helping resolve any requests or issues
Administration
Supervise office upkeep, maintenance of premises & equipments, pantry etc
Training & Development
Assisting with training & performance review process for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement
Miscellaneous Other general HR & Admin tasks as assigned from time to timeDesired Profile
3-6 years experience in similar HR & Admin role
Proficient with payroll processing
Knowledge of Spine or similar HRMS is added advantage
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
