Brief Role : . Perform difficult staffing activities, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives Identify staff vacancies and plan, recruit, interview and select applicants. Ensuring delivery of recruitment requirements of the program as per organizational standards. Working closely with the line managers for planning the induction schedule Liaising with Team managers for probation confirmations/ extensions Plan and organize performance review to ensure employees are receiving feedback and the organization is in position to sustain.
