Perform difficult staffing activities, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives Identify staff vacancies and plan, recruit, interview and select applicants.
