Orbiqe Technologies is a leading IT services and solutions company specializing in web and mobile app development, digital solutions, and innovative technology services. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate HR/IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Hire for both IT (Software Developers, .NET, PHP, Java, etc.) and Non-IT roles.
Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Expertise in Naukri portal and other sourcing tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented and target-driven, with the ability to achieve hiring goals within defined timelines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
