HR/IT Recruiter

to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Hire for both IT (e.g., Software Developers, .NET, PHP, Java, etc.) and Non-IT roles. Utilize platforms like

Naukri, LinkedIn, and professional networks

for candidate sourcing. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and team dynamics. Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1-2 year of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment. Expertise in

Naukri portal

and sourcing tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
