Supervision on the recruitment activities of Trainee to Manager Grades.
Initial screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates at HR level & further coordination with respective Managers.
Tracking of Selected candidates and keeping in touch through courtesy calls from selection date to joining date.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT Sector) with a minimum 1-year of experience
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
