Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Support HR team in conducting reference checks and onboarding processes.
Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
