We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative and recruitment tasks. Having good communication skills and the ability to work with a growth mindset.
Ultimately, an outstanding HR Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Screening relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
- Scheduling interviews with the hiring manager
- Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the candidate.
- MIS & Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Using ATS to keep track of open roles
- Participate in recruiting events/drives/Employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA HR Student (2021-2023) or related field
- Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
- Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic Personality
