Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Hiring more and more interns for the Pan India expansion of the NGO - Posts like Business Development Executive Interns/HR Interns /Volunteers/Telecallers Interns /Field Executives
2. Posting jobs on various job portals and social networking sites
3. Attending and making calls to the candidates who apply for the desired jobs
4.Screening the right candidates and do a telephonic round interview
5.for the final round, transfer the candidate to Senior HR or take final with the help of Google meet/Zoom app.
6. Data management
7. Maintaining Google sheets/forms/docs
8. Obeying your senior HR
