As an HR intern, you'll support the HR team by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to recruitment processes, and gaining practical experience in HR functions, all while learning about company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and files.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Organize and manage HR documents and data.
Assist with the screening of resumes and applications.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in posting job advertisements.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
