Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates' communication and suitability.
Support onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation, and induction.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship postings, and offer letters.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, events, and meetings.
Help in conducting HR-related surveys and preparing reports.
Support the HR team in daily operational tasks and other assigned projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship experience in HR (optional but preferred).
